Consumer unit Upgrades
A new consumer unit (fuse board) can be a great asset to your property. It is where all the electrical circuits in your house end up and monitors them to make sure they are not overloaded or any faults to earth if you have a RCD. The modern MCB's are the updated version of the old fashioned re wireable fuse and are much more convenient and a quicker response time to cutting off the circuit. An RCD cuts off the circuit if for example your lawn mower cuts through the cable or if you have a faulty appliance and can be a life saver.

Circuit Additions
If you want an extra socket or light fitting, or even just your existing ones re-positioned we can help you. We can also install outdoor sockets which can make cutting the grass with an electric mower much easier and become very handy for even outdoor Christmas decorations.

Electrical Installation Condition Report
Previously know as a Periodic inspection and sometimes know as a landlord certificates, is a report of the condition of your electrics. It is recommended you have a one done at least every 5 years. It will show all dangerous faults, places of concern and parts that do not comply with the latest regulations. You could almost think of it the equivalent of an MOT for your car but for your home electrics.

PAT Testing
Wherever your business is based we can attend at a convenient time to PAT test your electrical items. Depending on your type of business this might need to be once a year . The test checks the item is not dangerous for use and has the correct type of protection to make it safe.

Electric Showers
We can fully install electric showers including the plumbing.
Electric showers heat the water which you use so unlike a conventional shower off the immersion tank you do not waste any of the heated water. This also means it is ready to be used when you want
to use it so no more waiting around. They are very simple, easy to use and come in a nice slim compact body.
